Grow Together Cohort_Black + Purple

A quarterly gathering for ministry leaders building healthier, more sustainable teams.

Join ministry leaders from across the country in our Grow Together Cohort, a quarterly event created to equip churches and ministries with practical tools, expert insight, and ongoing community.

Ministry is your calling, but carrying the weight of people, systems, and day-to-day operations can stretch even the healthiest teams thin.

The Grow Together Cohort is a recurring quarterly event designed for ministry leaders who want to build stronger teams, healthier rhythms, and more sustainable ministries. Each cohort will focus on a timely topic facing churches and ministry organizations today, offering practical guidance you can put into action right away.

Who it’s for

This cohort is for leaders serving in:

  • Pastoral Leadership
  • Ministry Operations
  • Business Operations
  • Finance
  • Human Resources
  • Payroll
  • Administration
  • Ministry Personnel wearing multiple hats

Whether you lead a department, support the day-to-day work of ministry, or carry several responsibilities at once, the cohort events are designed to give you practical support for real ministry challenges.

More than a one-time event

The Grow Together Cohort is an ongoing quarterly experience built to support ministry leaders over time. Each quarter, we’ll gather around a different topic relevant to church and ministry leadership, with practical teaching, shared learning, and tools you can use in your context.

And while most of the sessions are virtual, we’re also planning an in-person Grow Together Cohort event in November 2026.

Take-home tools and resources connected to the session topic.
Access to the Cohort Forum, a free space for participants to connect any time!
Ongoing advice, updates, and live Q&A opportunities from our staff in the forum.
