More than a one-time event

The Grow Together Cohort is an ongoing quarterly experience built to support ministry leaders over time. Each quarter, we’ll gather around a different topic relevant to church and ministry leadership, with practical teaching, shared learning, and tools you can use in your context.

And while most of the sessions are virtual, we’re also planning an in-person Grow Together Cohort event in November 2026.

Take-home tools and resources connected to the session topic.
Access to the Cohort Forum, a free space for participants to connect any time!
Ongoing advice, updates, and live Q&A opportunities from our staff in the forum.
Early invite to our in-person event in November!
